KEY WITNESS IN MEL GIBSON CASE DIES
2010-08-17 09:33:14
Mel Gibson finally caught a break... the key witness in his Oksana case died.
Mel Gibson really lucked out this weekend... because one of the key witnesses against him died after a long and hard fought battle with stage four cancer.
Before moving forward, kikster sends it's condolences to the babysitter (who has chosen to remain unnamed throughout this whole debacle) and her family. It's a tragedy that this happened and our position in writing this story is not to make light of it, but express how it affects all the shenanigans that have been surrounding the only biggest story in entertainment news right now.
With that being said, Gibson will be spared the eyewitness testimony of the only person other than the extortionist Oksana, that actually saw him fly into a rage.
The babysitter passed away some time over the weekend. It was the same employee that he got in hot water with for calling her a "wetback".
The unnamed babysitter was a key eyewitness to Mel Gibson's rage before the alleged beat-down incident on January 6.
The babysitter allegedly saw Mel storming around the house, slamming doors and getting more and more furious because his former girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, had left their infant daughter Lucia at home by her lonesome.
Apparently, the babysitter was so scared that she actually grabbed the baby and hid in a bedroom.
This poor woman became involved in the now infamous Mel Gibson rant tapes where he called her a "wetback" stating, "I will fire (name withheld) if she's at your house. I will make it known and fire her. I'll report her to the fu*king people that take fu*king money from the wetbacks, ok?!"
Maybe Mel and Oksana will look at this as a wake up call and stop their childish behavior realizing that there are more important things in life!

Mel Gibson beat up his ex.
More and more drama between Mel and Oksana.
Mel files a restraining order.. It's getting ugly!
