Gabrielle Union comes out on top again! 

After having to deal with bullshit from D Wade's ex wife for the past year, Gabby can finally put the ugly bitch and her claims behind her. 

In a desperate attempt to defame Gabby, Siohvaughn Wade filed a lawsuit against the star claiming a multitude of lies and false claims.  It was pretty transparent that Siohvaughn is just bitter that Dwayne Wade moved on to brighter pastures (understatement of the year) and she gets to stay with the man she had been sleeping with while married to Dwayne~ a nice broke convicted felon.. KARMA.

The nasty divorce between Dwayne and Siohvaughn came to an end last month before D Wade resigned with the Miami Heat. 

Gabrielle was unavailable to comment, but her rep, Joly Sakor, had this to say:

"The allegations against Ms. Union are completely false and do not belong in the Illinois court system.  We are pleased that the judge agreed with our position and has put an end to this tremendous waste of time and court resources.  We are also pleased that an independent court psychiatrist questioned the credibility of the information Ms. Wade relied upon to substantiate her claims.  It is a shame that Ms. Union has been subjected to this character assassination.  My client and I apologize again to the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois and the innocent taxpayers for tying them up with erroneous claims when there are real victims who should be receiving the legal attention they need."
