Lindsay settles legal battle.  Lindsay does what she should have done before she left the store... Pay them!

Lindsay Lohan has officially kicked yet another lawsuit against her this week.

Church boutique in L.A. filed suit against Lilo claiming that she failed to pay the due $16,880.63 for a bunch of clothes and shoes she bought took from the store back in November of 09 ... included in the lot were two expensive ass pairs of ostrich and snake skin stilettos... uh , oh call PETA.

The bitter legal war between the parties ended when Lindz conceded and paid the debt as well as the tagged on legal fees. 

As a result, the boutique has agreed to drop the lawsuit against her.

Earlier this week, Lindz was also cleared in that whole missing Rolex case.

So, that's two more legal issues out of the way for Lindsay.

Lindsay might actually come out of rehab trouble free... it could happen.
