And another one bites the dust!  Grammy winner Faith Evans gets busted in LA for  DUI.

According to numerous reports, singer Faith Evans (37) was arrested on Saturday night in Marina Del Ray on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

The "I'll Be Missing You" singer was pulled over by the cops in Marina del Rey, Los Angeles, who suspected the singer had been drinking due to the string smell of alcohol coming from the car.

She was arrested and booked on a DUI charge.  She was eventually released early Sunday morning although her car was impounded.

This isn't the first of the Evans' legal issues this year.. She was ordered to pay $360.000 in unpaid taxes to the IRS in March... no wonder why she is drinking.

There was no official comment from Evans' representatives at press time.
