According to Lindsay, it's the court's fault that she's caught up in this whole legal mess, not hers.. and she is demanding an apology.

Forget the fact that Lindsay Lohan had cocaine on her both times when she was arrested for DUI's in May and July of 2007, because now she's claiming that her crazy behavior over the years wasn't because of drugs, but because she was mistakenly given Adderall when she didn't need it.... And now she wants the court to apologize to her for "treating her as if she was using drugs like cocaine". And just an FYI.. she was using cocaine... she tested positive for it in her urine tests.

These Lohan stories are getting crazier every time aren't they?

According to Lindsay Lohan's latest medical report from UCLA, the actress was not addicted to cocaine as once suspected.
Instead, it is believed she was misdiagnosed as having Attention Deficit Disorder and given the prescription drug Adderall, which may be to blame for triggering her often bizarre behavior.

Now Lindsay is demanding some form of apology or compensation from the courts.  According to one of her friends: "Lindsay is fuming...she is really upset that the courts put her through all this."

Lindsay is in denial, just like her mother.  "Soda Head" put herself into this situation by abusing drugs.  Adderal is used by coke heads all the time. Lindz new what she was doing, she had multiple doctors prescribing her whatever she asked for.. HELLO THIS IS HOLLYWOOD.

It's also worth noting that in 2009 there were 5.2 million prescriptions written for Adderall and another 25 million for similar ADD medicines, so it's considered a moderately safe drug, but in Lindsay's case it drove a perfect girl who had never done anything wrong in her life into a cracked out maniac... Oh, I am sorry... of course it isn't Lindsay's fault.. it never is.

You'd figure a little jail time and further isolation would humble the girl a bit but I guess not.. The oversized sense of entitlement and delusion are still perfectly intact... her mom is so proud!
