Kim "Pinocchio" Kardashian talks about her weight and her acceptance of her body... it's hard to tell if anything she says anymore is even remotely true, everything is so fabricated and contrived.

Apparently Kim Kardashian recently lost some weight (losing weight with the Kardashians just means going extra heavy on the Photoshop), but in light of it, Kim says she'll never ditch her voluptuous shape and loves her curves.

Kim said: "Slimming down gave me confidence and I'm much happier with my body now. Being thinner makes me feel better about myself, but my curves are still here which I love. I'd never get rid of them even if I could."

The fame whore reality porn star also said she would be prepared to have surgery if she became unhappy with her body. (She actually believes that we're under the impression that she hasn't had any surgeries LOL).

Kim went on to say: "I'll have surgery at some point. I'll never do my butt - I mean how would you sit down? But I'll do my boobs for sure. I think at some point after I have kids they'll need a lift and I'll get them done."

Kim says that she's very careful about her weight but insists that she won't fall into the infamous "yo-yo dieting" trap. On that subject she said: "I'm pretty consistent right now and I hope to stay that way. I'm always really careful too. When I start to see myself gain a few pounds and get heavier, I work my butt off to get back in shape. Everyone goes up and down a bit but I'm happy with how I am right now and I hope that doesn’t change."
