THE "JERSEY SHORE" CAST GETS SUED FOR ASSAULT.

MTV's Jersey Show gets served! Looks like MTV and the Jersey Shore cast members are all getting sued for being reckless douche bags with their new found fame.
A woman had filed a lawsuit for assault and racketeering against the entire cast of "Jersey Shore" as well as Viacom (MTV's parent company). The racketeering charge is a stretch to say the least...LOL.
The unnamed woman is claiming that four security guards assigned to the cast threw her to the ground and caused significant bodily damage, including a permanent scar on her chin, after she got in a shouting match with Snooki in September 2009.

The woman is alleging that Viacom, MTV, as well as the production all are "actively
engaged in a criminal enterprise because it is making money off of
advertising sales for a television show promoting criminal behavior."
Last Thursday, a scumbag process server tried to serve the cast its legal papers at their shore house where they're currently filming. Cast member Sammi Giancala of course refused to take the papers, so he just left them on the sidewalk with other cast and crew members watching like a bunch of schmucks.
If the woman ends up winning the lawsuit, Jersey Shore could literally be taken off the air for good. Ok, now this actually sounding good.. maybe I can lend her an attorney!
This could be like a dream come true- no more Jersey Shore.... If we were only so lucky!
Catch up with kikster:
"The Situation" used to just be "An Issue".
The "Jersey Shore" kids catch on fast.
The Jersey scum are in Miami making up a storyline.
MTV has officially created a monster!
