When will you guys just start listening to me??  There never was a Heidi Montag sex tape.. it was a media whore trifecta.. Spencer, Franken- Heidi and Vivid Video.

Well, the much anticipated and overly-hyped Heidi Montag/Spencer Pratt sex tape is no longer existent.. Well it never actually existed in the first place, but now Speidi is stopping their negotiations over the tape that doesn't exist WITH the porno people.

Heidi and Spencer are claiming, out of the blue that they're "no longer interested".. And by the way that's Speidi talk for "it never existed" in case you didn't realize that already.

Apparently, Spencer's rep sent a letter to the porno world explaining, "Heidi's made it very clear that she is not interested in releasing any tapes?... adding, "It looks like she pulled the kill switch."

The letter goes on to say, "Spencer's not interested in further destroying their relationship by pursuing an avenue she's so vehemently against."

The rep for Spencer also allegedly told pornoland that Spencer "thought $5 million would be enough to convince her, but now Heidi is saying she'll bring out the legal team if he persists."

Of course legal threats never seemed to phase Pratt before... Because it was a bluff and it has been the entire time!

As if you needed another reason to hate Spencer!
