Madge claims that Caca is copying her and has some sort of "superficial obsession" with her!

It looks like Madonna has no intentions of bowing out gracefully when it comes to acknowledging this generation's pop stars.

While it's been well noted that Madge has taken issues with current pop stars such as Katy Perry and Lady Gaga, she hasn't really gotten TOO catty about it in public... until now.

In a recent interview with France's Le Soir Magazine, Madonna was asked about her thoughts on the new Queen of Pop, Lady Gaga.

While Madge took the usual "no comment" approach, she did add a small jab into her statement, saying:


Yikes!  It's safe to assume that Madge isn't Caca's biggest fan..

You may recall a few years back, Madge and Caca actually appeared together on an episode of Saturday Night Live... but haven't been seen with one another since.

As for Gaga's response to the well placed jab by saying:

Either way, Gaga's out of touch if she thinks that her similarities to Madonna are going unnoticed by the public... but at the same time, it's not making Madonna look any better (especially on her way out) by acting bitter about it.
