Gary Coleman, or after you watch the video "Donkey Dong" Coleman or Gary Holmes, was caught with his "pants down" while shooting the yet to be released movie, Midgets vs Mascots. 

Midgets vs Mascots, directed by Ron Carlson, was Gary Coleman's final film performance. The Award winning festival film took bronze at Tirbeca Film Festival in 2009 and has gone on to become a cult hit.

If you remember this is the movie that Gary starred in and was trying to sue the producers over the scene in the movie in which his... um, male parts "fell" out and were caught on camera.  I will go on the record here and just say it, he was in the wrong line of work~ he could have been a human tripod!

Our source that was on set during the shooting of the scene described the accidental exposure of Gary's male parts as, "we didn't know whether to stop rolling and tell gary he had a wardrobe malfunction or keep it going and act like we never saw it.  When he noticed what happened he was furious.  The camera man said that he was on a tight lens and didn't get a full body shot and not to worry." she continued, "I saw the cameraman tilt down while shooting and smile.."
