"SODA HEAD" CAN'T GO TO JAIL BECAUSE SHE WILL KILL HERSELF.

Lindsay Lohan is freaking out BIG time during her last 5 days as a free woman.  Lindsay is pulling every excuse in the book to avoid jail... but she only has 5 more days left to pull a rabbit outta her hat!  Seeing that she still doesn't have an attorney locked down to help her (who wants to take on a losing case?) things aren't looking good for Lindz.
Our little "Soda Head" has until Tuesday to surrender herself and begin a 90 day jail sentence (which will more than likely end up being closer to three or four weeks tops), that is unless "Soda head" offs herself first just because she's actually expected to obey the law or be held accountable for her actions just like the rest of us.

A source close to Lindz says:

"She just kept repeating, 'I can’t go to jail', and, 'I'll kill myself first."
"She's mentally unstable and getting worse. She ran around breaking mirrors, cutting herself and rambling like a lunatic. She tore her house apart before she finally just broke down. Lindsay is on a 24/7 suicide watch, it's so bad. She isn’t doing well with this."

And the award for outstanding performance in a Dramatic Mini~Series goes to... drum roll...  LINDSAY LOHAN....
