Kate Major told the South Hampton police that Lindsay Lohan's pappa, Michael Lohan, threatened to kill her, called her a "c**t" and gave her a swift kik to the face. 

~Lets pause for just a second... incase you don't recall, Kate used to date Jon Gosselin and is a complete fame whore... like Jon and Michael!

According to Kate's complaint she says, "My fiance Michael Lohan came home while I was sleeping in a sofa chair.  He woke me up, yelling, 'Why didn't you pick up your cell phone, you stupid c**t.'"

Kate continues, "He then turned over the chair while I was still in it, tossing me to the floor.  I crawled to the other side of the room to get away from him.  He walked over to me, took his shoe off and kicked me in my face while I was still on the ground.  He stood over me and said, 'I'm going to go back to jail cause of you, cause I will kill you!'"

Kate says, "He said all of this to me cause he is afraid I'm going to leave him.  I am very afraid of him." 

Weird, I thought he said it because she didn't answer her phone...

According to the police report there was  "Minor swelling observed on lip."

Kate claims that when she fell out of the chair she bumped her little head into the wall and body on the floor and complained of a cut lip, a sore left collarbone and a scraped right knee.  OK, again when a chair is thrown over and you are in it.. you really don't fall out of it.  When you are drunk and passed out you fall out of chairs.  Also, who takes their shoe off to kik someone in the middle of a fight?  Her story blows!

Michael admits that the two argued, but denies that it ever got physical.  He claims that Kate is trying to get some headlines and money out of all this.

UPDATE: Lohan is scheduled to appear in court on August 18 to be arraigned on harassment charges.

Michael's lawyer, Lisa Bloom got some more media attention by releasing this statement:

"Michael Lohan 100% denies each and every one of Kate Major’s allegations.  He has never threatened to harm her, never assaulted her, and never physically abused her in any way. 

Kate was heavily intoxicated during the verbal argument between Michael and Kate in the early afternoon on Monday.  Michael Lohan has been clean and sober for six years.  

Michael Lohan is fully cooperating with the police investigation.  No charges have been filed.  He expects to be fully vindicated."

Michael has been charged with 2nd degree harassment for allegedly attacking his fiancee Kate Major and is due to appear in court August 18th.

In a case when you are dealing with 2 fame whores it is almost impossible to tell who, if anyone, is telling the truth.
